Sri Balaji Construction Co.: The group’s original proprietary firm (Est. 2004).
S.S.J. Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.: Dedicated to early residential landmarks.
Strategic Land Development & Residential Complexes (2010–2020)
M/s A.C. Cube & Co.: Acted as the primary Strategic Land Partner and Developer. This entity was responsible for the land acquisition and JV development of Arunodaya Heights. Following the successful construction of the initial phases, the remaining land was integrated into the larger Raj Akshay development plan.
M/s Raj Akshay: Executing entity for the Raj Akshay Residential Complex (Wings A, B, & C), incorporating strategic inventory from the group’s land bank.
Sri Samarth Developer: Partnership firm for mid-scale urban developments.
